PEGAIL is looking for an experienced Sales/Team Manager to join their large, expanding team as one of the Nigeria’s leading Facilities Management service providers.
- Leading a sales team of 4–10 people, in Face-to-Face Marketing.
- Account managing various VIP accounts
- Attending meetings to support the Sales Team with Clients
- Producing daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Effectively marketing the company and services to business decision makers via telephone and email.
- Booking appointments with decision makers
- Working to a target and beyond.
- Ensuring all sales leads inbound and outbound are dealt with in a prompt and efficient manner
- Taking responsibility for self-development and training, ensuring that all training provided by contributes to technical knowledge and expertise.
- Contributing to marketing campaigns.
- Being involved in the mentoring and development of new members of the team.
- Must possess a degree or a relevant qualifications.
- At least 3 years experience working within Face-to-Face marketing
- A proven track record within sales or out bound sales environment
- Must be professional, articulate and self-driven
- Possess good IT/Keyboard skills
