PEGAIL is looking for an experienced Sales/Team Manager to join their large, expanding team as one of the Nigeria’s leading Facilities Management service providers.

Duties include:

  • Leading a sales team of 4–10 people, in Face-to-Face Marketing.
  • Account managing various VIP accounts
  • Monitoring daily KPI’s
  • Attending meetings to support the Sales Team with Clients
  • Maximising Sales time
  • Producing daily, weekly and monthly reports
  • Effectively marketing the company and services to business decision makers via telephone and email.
  • Booking appointments with decision makers
  • Working to a target and beyond.
  • Ensuring all sales leads inbound and outbound are dealt with in a prompt and efficient manner
  • Taking responsibility for self-development and training, ensuring that all training provided by contributes to technical knowledge and expertise.
  • Contributing to marketing campaigns.
  • Being involved in the mentoring and development of new members of the team.


  • Must possess a degree or a relevant qualifications.
  • At least 3 years experience working within Face-to-Face marketing
  • A proven track record within sales or out bound sales environment
  • Must be professional, articulate and self-driven
  • Possess good IT/Keyboard skills

Interested candidate will help with In-sourcing for contracts at all levels and Liaising with client and negotiating deal.


  • Perform related duties as to specific assignments

  • Conduct research and information gathering.
